When it comes to yoga, Biddy has certainly found her calling: She is a certified teacher of Flow Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra. Teaching Aerial Yoga is another passion of hers.
Biddy’s childhood home in Driebergen is just down the road from Landgoed de Horst. Today she lives in Delft together with her husband and dog.
“Trust your body” is what you could describe Biddy’s approach to the yoga practice. Teaching from own experience, making movement and breathing accessible to everyone has become her main goal.
Biddy’s big heart radiates into the attention she gives to each student and the softness she brings to the mat.
On our Retreat Weekend Biddy will be your companion in slow movements, creative writing, deep relaxation and more.
Eva is a certified Vinyasa and Yin Yoga teacher with a passion for Natural Movement and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Born and raised in Vienna she moved to the Netherlands over 2 years ago with her husband and two daughters.
As she had to put down new roots after they moved, she has gone on a journey of (self) discovery that has opened new doors and confirmed existing beliefs.
The strong roots that she has grown, as well as the discovery of new ways, seep through in her classes. With compassion and kindness she will lead you through movement and stillness. With joy and a big laugh she will lead you in dance and creativity.
As we Root into Nature, join Eva for silent walks, natural movement and so much more.
Life is better together, and so is yoga. In 2016 we met when we rolled out our yoga mats next to each other at a big event in Berlin.
Today we live just a tram ride away from each other, we laugh, we cry, we share, we travel and we learn together.
In our approach to yoga, we compliment each other. Like Yin and Yang, the Sun and the Moon. We bring different flavors to the practice of yoga, but always with the same common ground: Feeling good, moving with love and kind awareness.
We knew that Two Days in the Woods was our way to bring these things together, for you to enjoy! Connecting with Nature. And creating community.
